Workplace Ethics Compliance Course Overview
The Workplace Ethics Compliance course covers workplace ethics, compliance, corporate integrity, ethical culture, leadership, and risk-based compliance frameworks.
The curriculum covers the French legal framework, including Sapin II, AFA guidance, Labor Code duties, the Waserman Law, whistleblowing, GDPR, CNIL, and data protection. It also addresses corporate integrity controls, including bribery, influence peddling, conflicts of interest, gifts, hospitality, sponsorships, and third-party due diligence.
